  2. Matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations and by commercial custom.

Article 2 (Nature of the Service — Free Beta)

  1. The Service is a beta (trial) service provided free of charge. It has no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no features for transactions between users.

  3. Where game data is to be reset or the Service is to be terminated, the Developer will give notice in the app 30 days in advance. Upon termination of the Service, all save data stored in the cloud will be deleted.

Article 3 (Eligibility and Accounts)

  1. The Service may be used without an account. In that case, game data is stored only on the user's device.

  3. The Developer notifies users of this in the app in advance and shall not be liable for any loss of data occurring after such notice. However, this shall not apply to damage caused by the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Cloud Save)

  1. Users who have created an account are provided with a feature to back up game data to the cloud and restore it.
  2. The cloud save is a copy of the data stored on the device; the authoritative copy is the data on the user's device.
  3. Cloud saving may fail due to network conditions, limits on the number of saves or similar causes; even in that case, play on the device continues.
  4. Use of the cloud save involves the transfer of personal data outside the Republic of Korea. For details, please see the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following conduct:

  3. The Developer shall not be liable for a user's failure to obtain benefits expected from the Service, or for damage arising from materials obtained through the Service.
  4. The limitations of liability in this Article shall not apply to damage caused by the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Developer may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Where these Terms are amended, notice will be given in the app and on this page from 7 days before the effective date. However, amendments unfavorable to users will be notified 30 days in advance.
